Vegas baby! That’s right, the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational was a couple weekend’s ago and the heavy hitters of the pro touring world were all on hand tearing up tires, banging rev limiters, and trying to end up on top of the heap on the Autocross, Road Course, and Speed Stop. Well Mike Maier Inc just put up video from one of Mike’s autocross runs and it’s pretty cool. We actually have two videos here, one with the camera pointed at Mike, and the other on the roof pointing forward. Watch Mike’s hands and feet as he puts the Mustang through it’s paces. Watch his left foot working the brake pedal and his right foot smoothly applying power. With the high winding Roush small block under the hood, modulating the throttle isn’t super easy because this sucker wants to rev to the moon as soon as you breath on it. Mike handles it like a pro.
