Late Model Performance Cars and Race Cars at SEMA 2015 – Lots of newer iron and faster iron here

Late Model Performance Cars and Race Cars at SEMA 2015 – Lots of newer iron and faster iron here

If you have been wondering where all the race car photos were and where all the late model muscle photos were, wonder not more as you’ve found them! Both Chad and I agree that there are fewer late model cars here than we have seen in the past and we’re not crying about it. We have our theories but one that we’re both buying into is the fact that companies are taking a little more risk and going the extra mile in their displays and promotional vehicles these days. Late model cars with bolt ons have been supplanted (on some level) by hardcore builds that we drool over all day. What’s better than that?

As far as the race car side of things go, you’ll see stuff from the worlds of drag, circle track, road racing and open wheel competition in this collection of photos. Race cars make for great attractions in vendor spaces so when companies can get one in their space, they usually do. It is fun to see what types of cars attract what types of people. From the thundering Camaro and 1957 of Jeff Lutz to the wild prototype road racing iron that peppers the halls, race cars speak to different people differently. We just like seeing which types of people get sucked into booths just to see the cars.
