Somebody had to do it sooner or later. Honestly, we’re pretty sure someone else has already turned one of those racecar beds into a go-kart at some point prior to this example. We at least hope someone has, because dammit, how do you ignore the idea? Well, either way, there’s another one out and about, courtesy of the Hoonigan crew. They’ve been building their Shred Bed…er, Siestarossa…um…yeah, that thing for a bit now, and to be honest, we are pretty impressed. They didn’t half-ass it. They combined go kart parts with some actual thought and engineering and turned out the race car bed of your kid’s dreams. Then they did exactly what your kid would want to do: go race the sucker! To do that, they got in touch with an indoor kart track that would let them take a rip around the course. That’s one of those kinds of events where you pinch yourself afterwards because there is no way in hell that really just happened in real life…right?
