Dirt bike racing is something that has fascinated me since I was a kid. The thought of hauling ass through the woods, mud, or desert on one of those two stroke rockets always seemed appealing. I never had a dirt bike or the proper level of coordination to even attempt any type of racing on two wheels and videos like this pair make me thankful for that.

This is footage from a World Off Road Championship Series Race held at Glen Helen, California and it shows what has to be one of the most incredible chain reaction crashes in the history of dirt bike racing. It literally looks like something out of the Blues Brothers movie with dozens of bikes stacking up and then other guys flying into the pile and launching into the whole mess! Amazingly no one was killed and all the guys untangled their bikes and raced off.

The balls these guys have for flying into what amounts to a massive blind dust cloud astounds me. I would have been on the binders and on the side of the road like a weenie long before the wreck, but these racers lay on the throttle!
