Awesome Junkyard Tech! Using 1988-1998 Door Seals On 1967-1972 GM Pickups! Super Cheap & Easy Option!

Rebeldryver is back at it again, with more fun from the wrecking yard! He’s using 1988-1998 GM truck door seals for his C10! That’s right, the doors seels off the GMT 400 series trucks and SUVs work on the C10 and are dirt cheap at the wrecking yard. He paid $10 for the pair of new door seals for this sucker!

Video Description:

We save time, money and frustration using door seals off the GMT400 era, 88-98 Chevy or GMC pickup door seals on our 67 GMC. This works for any 67-72 Chevy C10, K10, or GMC C15 or K15 pickups or Suburbans. The front door seals from the donor trucks, C1500, C2500, C3500, K1500, and K2500 pickups, Suburbans, or Tahoes are all the same. Best of all, this is a super cheap way to replace old door seals on your truck. Only $10!! To remove the old ones, you would only need a phillips screw driver to remove the door sill plates. Just look for ones that are not worn at the bottom of the door. The only tools needed for install are maybe a rubber mallet to get the seal to seat on the pinch welds around the doors. UPDATE: The problem on the passenger side was just seal bunching up at the front of the door in the corner. Simple fix.
