I paid up because I want to do these jobs once with non-Chinesium parts.
I got the order today. The master cylinder & the plug wires are fine, the plugs are not...

Every tab is smashed onto the electrode, and yes that's a USED spark plug that appears to be gapped correctly.



One of the spark plug boxes appears to have 'defect' scribbled on it and the plug tab is bent pretty good too.



And they shorted me an O2 sensor.. I ordered (4)? they sent (3)???



I suspect they'll make it right.
This is the first time I've had an issue with them and hopefully the last..
It seems like everything is headed down the road of enshittification though.
I worked in the parts business for 20yrs, we all make mistakes I get it.
I'm trying to figure out how I got 7 damaged and 1 used spark plug?
Does anyone check stuff anymore to see if it's good?
And most of us have fingers and toes, is it that hard to count to 4?
