Yeah I'm that guy. I'm in the garage/driveway almost every weekend and the occasional evening working on something in addition to doing it as my day job. Most of the time I don't get bugged to fix stuff for others but sometimes it does happen. My neighborhood is affluent enough most will just pay to have something repaired but if it's broken on a Saturday somebody will wander over.
