If I had a Ford tractor, I may be able to check.
The mighty Worthington with it's threaded pipe exahust makes too much power for one of these. The pitch would be so high that every dog from 50 miles would be converging on my lawn.

Isn't this what we used to do as kids, by putting playing cards in our bike spokes with clothes pins to make noise ?

Also, their marketing got carried away with the fake term. Read this again;
"Under heavy acceleration makes your car sound like a fake turbo charger".
