    And a rust free Nevada car no less! I have a '70 El Camino that I bought out of Vegas in 1990. I remember breaking the 1st rear bumper bolt loose & thinking that I had broken it when the ratchet swung on me. Nope! Turned it the rest of the way off with my fingers. That would never happen on a bumper bolt on a rust belt car. But maybe $4800 means that he would settle for $4500.
