Sometimes at night I'll see guys filling a truck up at the local commercial-account-only station and there will be a gal who is obviously the wife right behind him in the family Nissan. The hose goes right out of the truck and into the car for another few gallons.

That's something only the boss can snag people on, if he even cares enough. Looks like Baltimore didn't think 25,000 missing gallons were enough to do some checking on, the guy was caught via other ways.
