I've met his son who runs Granatelli Racing. Their out in Pheonix. He sends his plane out to pick up one of my clients here in LA. Interesting guy.

I think one of the Avanti's he help Studebaker set up for Bonneville has recently been rebuilt. I wish I could remember where it is and who owns it. Granatelli set up several Studebakers for various record runs at Bonneville.
