I've delt with John (Big M) a while ago about some parts for my '57 vintage Mopar-heap. Even with me being over 5000 miles to the east of him, communications went very smoothly. And although the parts that got sent out turned out to be wrong ones (which he suspected and notified me of even before they arrived at my shippingaddress) he told me to ship them back rightaway. I got my moneyback in a day and he also sprung for the return-shipping, no hassles.
That's doing good business IMO. I will certainly buy some stuff from his yard in the near future.
(darn this is starting to sound like some kind of an eBay-feedback I guess... oh well so be it ;D )

This yard is also high on my list of Places to Visit if I ever end up in the States again one day.
