It looks like it would have to be modified to pass tech. There is a requirement for 120 degree of vision. With that plexi forward of the steering wheel, there's no way you have that much vision. I don't see any windows in the hatch. Also from the one shot of the body it looks like the rear track is narrower than the widest part of the body forward of it, which would prevent it from competing as a lakester. The front track is wider, but the back looks mighty close to being too narrow.
Also, the reference to WWII history is a bit off, the F-100 was used by the Air Force from 1954 to 1971. Might have been inspired by WWII era tanks.
