Hmmm, I just think NASCAR was wrong,cant admit it ,so now they are just stroking JM to empty his pockets.
I could be wrong ,could be a big drug head, either way I dont think Toyota is going anywhere just because they are padding NASACAR's pocket. I would rather see a Caddy race than Toy.
While on the subject of drug testing ,how about the pit crew guys? tire carriers and so on, a lot of retired atheletes and college guys in there, Steroids anyone?

One of the witnesses that NASCAR claims to have is a former Mayfield crewman who failed a drug test and Mayfield fired him from the team. He claims to have both used the stuff with Mayfield and made the junk.

Dude pops positive, gets fired and then conveniently keeps his mouth shut about the guy that fired him until NASCAR needs some witnesses?

Totally bogus, just like his step mom that hates his guts keeping a lid on the alleged drug use.

It?s widely believed that among the witnesses that will testify against Mayfield is a former crewmember for his team, Paul Chodora, who was suspended by NASCAR in February for a positive drug test. There is a possibility that his testimony could include statements that he used meth with Mayfield.

At the time of Chodora?s suspension Mayfield?s organization fired him then released a statement saying ?We as an organization appreciate NASCAR's drug testing policies and policing efforts as it makes the sport stronger overall. If Paul doesn't comply with NASCAR's reinstatement process, then he will no longer be an employee of Mayfield Motorsports."

But...

Feb.19 - Mayfield's team was formed only a month ago and crew members were not all hired at the time of NASCAR's preseason testing in January. Chodora was given a license by the governing body to participate in Sunday's Daytona 500, then was tested and suspended after only a day and a half of work.

Chodora has served previously as a front tire changer with Johnny Sauter's team.

A day and a half? Wasn't exactly a long termer with JM. :D

Oh yeah, I haven't found where it was said what Chordora tested positive for. Could have been anything. Weed, coke, meth, 'roids, etc etc.

I know that alot of people refer to NASCAR as a "redneck soap opera" but jeez, this is getting out of hand! I still say the court should pull his ass in ane run thier own pee test and let that settle the matter once and for all. :
