      Already de-bunked. :

TTAC Editor Jeff Puthuff warns:“Before you play the video of Glenn Beck’s latest loony-tunes conspiracy theory, keep in mind that it’s totally nuts. Here’s the key information debunking it:1. If you are a consumer visiting cars.gov (the “cash for clunkers” website) the Federal government cannot take control over your computer, nor will it ask permission to do so.2. The “Terms of Use” statement to which Beck refers in this clip is not from…

Haven't confirmed it but I have heard that once logged on -and implying while logged on- your computer is US Government property. :P What they mean I think is the same thing we say at work - you use our network, we can look at your traffic.

The whole deal is a cluster - dealer friend took 4 days to get ONE - yes ONE - trade done. The paper work is a joke, the online forms could not look up "Ford F150" and there were many lockups and slow downs on top of all that.

Did they really sell 222,000 vehicles in one week? that many Explorers are biting the dust? :D Scrap yards full of all the disk brakes you can eat.

IMHO - this guy gets it: http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/08/...ers/index.html

The longer this program goes on, the more it exposes it self as a total fraud.
