    As I posted on this video, I owned a late model Pontiac Astre in the 80's. It was basically a Vega with a split grille and gun slit taillights. The aluminum block was a piece of crap. I sold it after a couple years because the aluminum tranny case and the engine block parted ways when the steel bolts ate through both components. The thing would buck like a horse when a little pedal was applied.
