WOW! That's pretty awesome for sure and I've done some crazy off the wall stuff when it comes to driving long distances but I can't believe he can pull this off, ought to be interesting to track though!

Hey Brian, why weren't you out helping this guy get through traffic in your hometown. Got slowed down there yesterday. If you guys aren't keeping up with this effort, you ought to. Last check at 1:56 pm est he was in nearing South Bend, Indiana. This is Day 5. No major problems thus far and even had to incidents where the state patrol escorted him, in one case at 90mph!

Well, he did it and in less than 9 days -- 8 days, 16 hours and 48 minutes to be exact. Short of the fundrasing goal for Ronald McDonald House however. Check his blog great story and great pictures. The site is still open and contributions are still being accepted.

Now he has to drive back home to California from Alaska.
