    Finally. I remember when they arrested somebody for "street racing" in a garbage truck.

      It is only the 50 km/h over the limit portion of the law as written that has been ruled against. All other aspects such as "stunt driving", etc., can still result in the vehicle seizure and huge fine.

        That was by far the stupidest portion of it, though, and the one most often abused.
