if I could , I would go buy me a victor jr right now---- holley is in the crapper , GM has had it's assetts seized , chrysler has been taken over by a country that never paid it's war debt

There's a lot of hysteresis in the system. It will take quite a while for any turn-around to show up "on Main Street".

I'm really sorry to hear about anyone losing their jobs, especially someone at Edelbrock. I've bought a number of things from them (heads and exhaust for the 'Stang, among other things) and all have been top notch. They do exactly what they say they will do and all have proven durable. Durability is a BIG thing with me. Lots of products will do what they were supposed to do, but will it do it year in and year out? Edelbrock stuff does.
