slightly unrelated, but I attended the Philadelphia Modifiers event at the Atco NJ dragstrip that same day, which is about an hour or so away from Englishtown and I can tell you that the exhibition cars were loosing traction more than half way down the track. It was only a high of 57, so I thought that it could have been due to the colder weather.Comment

Don,t be so surprised. These guys are overpowering the tires and the chassis. NHRA and IHRA have chassis and ET rules for a reason. When you push your luck with the laws of physics this sort of thing will happen.We are what your Mother Warned you about.Comment
