Those old ads just REEK of cool.....campy, but cool.

The short-nose delivery and the pickup gets my vote.....ditch the delivery body for a ramp-bed!

I agree, a little corny nowadays but it was cool as hell. I have seen, ridden and drove a one ton panel. Me and a few buddies used one to haul carpet in around Dallas back in the early '80s. Rode like a wooden-wheeled lumber wagon when empty. ;D I wish I had the damn thing now, hated it then.
