    I hope they survive but that article might actually be the death of them. They are operating in the 1980's and a modern non-union shop now has every bit of info needed to bump them out of their work on profitable contracts.

      That would be sad. I too hope their success continues. It is proof that working together gets stuff done. It is something management and union folks need to do more often.

        Just when you think there's no way the unions and companies could ever agree on disagreeing, much less working TOGETHER.....

        I do hope that the future holds continued good news for Oberdorfer LLC.

        There's a few other companies in the crapper that could take a cue from this....... ;)
