looks like great fun but it is no wonder when you rent one of these things they ride, drive, and handle like a 1974 dump truck. Word of advice. ALWAYS get the insurance

Ever loaded a fork truck that was about 3,000lbs too heavy for the truck into the back of a Penske box truck and driven like 50 miles? Yeah....ummm....I haven't either. ;) ;D

            Baja 500 - I wonder if renting a U-haul is cheaper than funding a racing team ;D

I wonder if any one jumping one of these things ever had the airbags pop.
            Escaped on a technicality.

UMass motorsports never loaded our VW rabbit into the back of a U-Haul truck....we never did it....not even two or three times.

A 15' Budget truck is a great way to transport a 4 door Sidekick and a '63 GMC on a dolly cross country. Not that I would put one car in the truck and 'overload' a dolly at the same time and drive 2300 miles above the 55mph speed limit emblazened on the dolly fenders. That wouldn't be right. Neither would going over a 9060 foot pass with that combo.

And if one of those yahoos got hurt, I suppose it would have led to them suing U-Haul? I must be getting old. :
