Re: Experts Say Don't Forget Cars When Estate Planning
Oddly enough, my wife and I had a conversation recently about how a well connected person of questionable scruples could make a killing lowballing widows on the classic cars their questionable scruples commanded them to liquidate...
If you've never seen Wayne Carini's show on cable, I think it runs on Discovery. The title is Chasing Classic Cars. This guy is basically self made from being a locator and advisor to very wealthy people on buying and selling all things classic. His speciality is probably European/Italian cars, but the show is still entertaining. Especially when he gets bankrolled to go as someone's agent to a high end auction, and basically blank checked to buy some multi-hundred thousand dollar car. He also owns his own shop in Connecticut.

Re: Experts Say Don't Forget Cars When Estate Planning
I have a 'classic car' clause in our will.
States that my current classic car is to go
to my two sons who will retain joint ownership.
They know I'd like to see it stay in the family and both
are car enthusiasts themselves.Thom
