Things that have been good for GM:

Losing top sales spot to Toyota
Watching their market share erode from 60% of the US market to roughly 20%
Closing several of their brands
Shutting down a large number of their dealers
Shuttering US plants and moving work overseas or south of the border


....yep, those guys have Ford a Yota right where they want them.

it's how you deal with it and come out the other end..
