American bus drivers are underpaid and overworked, they drive bad enough. This joker was probably paid 14 cents an hour and a bowl of rice, you won't get the best drivers with that.
If that big bus had air brakes, even if he lost all air the parking brakes should have come on. But then maybe they don't have proper brakes on Chinese buses.
