What was the deal here? Was there counterfeiting of Impact products? Was Impact accused of counterfeiting SFI labels? Why does Bill Simpson sign his name with a smiley face, like a 12 year old girl?

You mean, by Impact products? Originally, SFI indicated they had plenty of evidence....
