Anyone here ever read Racecar Engineering magazine?
A mathematician who writes for them (Paul Van Valkenberg, maybe?) liked to figure out formulas for all the forces acting on sprintcars that sent them spinning, twisting, rolling, and generally behaving in strange ways that entertain us.

I know a guy who has one each sprint car and midgit. The way the driver gets jammed into those things is enough to scare me off. I'd sooner pilot a front motor AA/FD.
