"Ford Taurus SHO, Ford Flex, and both the Lincoln MKS and MKT."

Oh, you mean the Ford Boring, Boring and both the Lincoln BORING and BORING.

Aren't these direct injected as well? These engines are DOOM for hotrodding. The coyote is the FUTURE.

Hot rodding fodder for the future... count on it.

I'd love to find one of these in jy someday and use it for a swap. It won't be long before there are rwd-style transmission adaptors. I bet this would be a fun swap for a transaxle buggy too.

Yes, they are direct injection as well as turbo, strong torque all the way through the rev range. Pretty neat when a big box like the Flex will run mid to high 14s from the factory. Having driven an MKS with the EcoBoost engine, IMO it is a pretty decent performer.

The 2011 Mustang has the 3.7 V6 as the base engine, which will be the same bellhousing pattern as the 3.5 ... so there will be 6-speed autos and manuals to bolt up for RWD applications when people want to start swapping these.
