Thank you, Brian, for continuing to show me videos that prove how lame my shifting is. :

And THAT, my friends, is how it's done. I remember the very first drag race I attended, 75-80 Drag-O-Way in Maryland in 1966, hearing 4 speeds being shifted like that. Right foot stays on the floor.

I detected just a little lift. Sweet though.

I believe the subtitle should have been 5 speed abuse though... or maybe he was only abusing the first four.

I was less than 10 years behind you at that track, ORC. It just re-opened last year and my youngest got her first dose of local Saturday night action.

Agreed, I'll continue to granny until I get some sort of rev limiter. Can't afford to be missing gears.

Hey, Bruab... just an idea here...

Can you front someone a camera to put in Mike Crow's 'Cuda for Drag Week 2010?

This could be comparable to the military's "shock and awe" campaign. Mike can flat get it done with a stick. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I've been hit by flying tranny gears and debris from a missed shift. Makes me a bit skittish.
