The guys racing had the green light. Mr red light runner tagged them. Had he not run the redlight, everything would have been fine.

Yeah, a green light, but it looks like a semi-organized street race..... I know back in the day when I would do this crap, we'd at least go to an area with no cross streets (or if in an industrial park with cross streets we would have spotters / traffic blockers lined up)
