I think thats all the cops do in KY. The only ticket I got there was $155.55 and it was the minimum fine according to the cop, but as he said when I asked him how much it was, "I don't concern myself with that." Sure guy. As for me I'll never spend any more of my money in KY, TN, or GA again.
