I've said this before, and I'll say it again...drag racing was more fun back in the day. I bet the only electronics on these cars was a tach.

speaking of carb jets faster than sound...

this old vid did not let actual sounds fly either. the greatest appeal top me was the sound of real naturals.

steel had to be steel.. not many excuses in the real drafters for lack of weight etc.

great vid, we still see these cars, but the sounds of the way it was is fading away.
