      The pictures show a lot of parts that can fail, but since it is electronically controlled why not go with paddle shift?

          a short geared screamer, great..
          that mustang did not need it. :

          the little tiny rally engines with 7 speeds use those.. at 9k rpm shifts.

          I mimick the shortness in a dual range sube.. it does cross my mind to be hellacious with fast shifts and short geared...
