Re: Project Car Spotlight: The Coolest 1976 Chevelle in Norway

I love that chassis, from 250ci and 90hp sipping it down at an old subaru mpg (that means a 30).. to a big block, it takes it all. No belly pan shudders, no games...at a real weight to respect. If one remembers the advertising for the 1974.. they claimed a 20 year chassis with outrageous warranties to go with it in confidence.

in fact, my own at 20 years old went from the little six to a bumper ground smacker 350..

I will always love that chassis.

I am a nut about steel, more than what someone thinks looks "cool". In my own opinion the four door was even better.

Arild gets the "Year Round Use of a Hot Rod" award in my book.

You, my friend, are inspiration for me to try and race the Pace car year round.

Your project thread is just a small portion of the goodness you add here.

Now go shovel some snow ;D
