Didn't JunkWhisperer say one of her cars had one? I was hoping it was a picture(s) she had secretly been sending to Brian :'( Pretty cool though.
      Escaped on a technicality.

heh....I scrapped the remains of my broken Hone last week. Oh well.

The ebay seller has an extra zero on his price, they're not worth 3500 no way no how. Except maybe as art.

I always wondered what happened to that company. That was top-of-the-line high tech back then. I lusted after one but never had the cash They were like $200M (or so it seemed to me).

I got mine around 1987 for $200-300 from a friend who never used it. I used it in 3 different vehicles, it vibrated in all of them. But it did help mileage a bit, went from 15 to about 20 in the 39 chevy, and 12 to 14 in the big block suburban and pickup. Blew up real nice, too, ring gear split in half, pinions fragged, tore up the sun gear, etc. I had to walk home.
