Good video, looks like you guys had a lot of fun, and it was cool to read in the magazine about how much you pissed off some of the Corvette elitists by cutting up the car.

So Chad, did I see in the video that for all the weight you guys deleted from the car, the A/C compressor and some of the unnecessary engine compartment trash was left in place? Am I actually seeing a smog pump or something? Did you guys look at ripping out all the climate control stuff? Seems like there would have been some free weight to be had there.

Speaking of engine, is it just me or is that thing smoking like a freight train?? Are you going to diagnose that or just run it until the bitch blows up?? ;D

Ripping out the A/C compressor and smog pump would of required some belt re-routing that was either not practical (like needing an aftermarket idler pulley) or would effect the power output of the engine as well and null/effect the weight testing.

That engine runs mint! Has pretty much no exhaust system, fires right up and rev's nicely :D
          Escaped on a technicality.
