    Think it was a funeral flower car? only "reason" i could think of it being done professionally.

      I saw that car at Daytona Turkey Rod Run. The pics don't do it justice. It is totally awesome! (Of course, I'm an El Camino fan, so I'm probably prejudiced!) As to why someone would do it, because it's different!! It gets attention for that reason alone!

        parade car.. with flowers, etc
        FYI not all funeral cars are black

        make a mini 5th wheel trailer for a gocart.. to match this and make everyone look ;)

          'Reminds me of the Cadillac "flower car" Cab Calloway drove in "The Blues Brothers".

          A local guy had a white one supposedly formerly owned by a C & W performer.

          It had doors on each side just forward of the rear wheel wells opening to a storage area for a golf bag or whatever under the front of the bed.

          'Wish I could remember the model designation. It was based on a '70's Eldo.

              i saw this car (or one JUST like it) at the Turkey Rod Run this year. it looked very well done, almost factory.
