I like 4 wheels. Racing my motorcycle doesn't do anything for me and dreaming about airplanes really doesn't really inspire competetive feelings for me, so not sure about the real thing, same with boats.

I'm going to go with this ;D I don't do it often, but I have had a great time every time I took this to a track :D

Sory, I can't pick just one :D
Here is my Ducati '92 750SS Racer circa 1999 before it was loaded up and taken to Daytona for the CCS Race of Champions. Wife calls it my Italian mistress.
It's a true hot rod, built motor with ALL the goodies ;), trick suspension with Mag wheels, modified frame, and on, and on... even has flames done in mettal flake under the clear (Beer + Random paint supplies = :)
Sory for the crapy picture. I still have the bike but it's in pieces :'( Sure is a beauty when it's together.

Easy. The Redhead is my favorite racecar ever.
It's pure sex on wheels - not a flat surface on it, just all sensuous curves.
Wish I had seen it run in person, instead of just vids.
I nearly exploded watching it run in "World's Fastest Indian".
