Think this is why "Hushpower" split off a while ago? Did they get picked up as part of the deal or are part of the overall Flowmaster buy?

The Hushpower "divisional split" from some time ago was a marketing decision - nothing else. When the previous CEO Winnie Flugger came back to the company in 2008, the decision was made to include Hushpower back under the Flowmaster company brand and use all possible resources to support both Flowmaster and Hushpower products. Nothing more - that is the real story. FYI - Winnie remains as a consultant to Flowmaster after the B & M purchase but not in the CEO capacity. All other management at Flowmaster (including Hushpower) remains in place working as members of the B & M family of companies.
