I received a reply from Senator Percy Malone telling me it would not effect my state (Colorado). Qustioning the use of "Appaling"

Senator Malone,
It is an ill conceived bill. I don't think much thought went into it.
See the attached file I received from the SEMA Action Network.
Why not include all those BASS BOATS sitting in a back yard with motors torn apart?
Or include the old tractors and farm equipment?
It does not effect my state yet. But look at all the anti collective barganing legislation in the works today.
A bad law is a bad law.
