I once picked up a seriously rusted (by Southern standards) Dodge D50 for free - the previous owner was a friend who had been planning to drive it until the wheels fell off. Well, that happened literally when a ball joint broke. So he offered it to me free, as is, where is, before the sheriff's department towed it. Swapped out the ball joint on the side of the road with hand tools, just before a rainstorm hit.

My 1969 Mustang GT which are quite rare. There were only 4,973 made and that was in all 3 bodystyles, coupe, convertible and fastback. This is what happens when you let you emotions speak instead of common sense, this thing wasn't jacked up, it was F-ed up! The right front frame rail was bent, both floor pans were buckled as well as the trans tunnel and the firewall. It would have cost $6,000 just to get the body straight. I bought it for $1,500 and sold it 3 years later for $1,200.
