What a great video, must have been a real blast being one of the young guys selected to be tutored by Ronnie Sox. And it does a great job of placing the whole "muscle" car performance deal in perspective -- what was 'hot stuff' back in the day is pretty tame now. Kind of chuckled at the 'tech inspection' to make sure the cars were factory stock; my understanding is the manufacturers went out of their way during the muscle car era to ensure the car magazines, etc, received teaked cars. It also reinforces that although Ford was making an all out effort in several types of motorsports, they were missing the boat in the showroom and on the street. The hemi was kicking some bigtime ass!

Thanks for this guys (and especially to Joel Nystrom), an enjoyable look back at a bygone era.
