My vote goes to Buddy Martin. Look back in the 60's and 70's and see the results of his crew chief skills coordinating the efforts of engine builder, Jake King and a fairly well recognized driver by the name of Ronnie Sox.

He does it all and makes it look easy.....eventhough it's extreemly hard to do what he does.
