Anyone want to tell me why the video shows fender bulges, and the still pictures don't?

He showed up with shorter wheels. The nose nubbed the ground on the first pass so he installed the taller tires. This required the "humps". Next year he will adjust the suspension to allow the original wheels to be run without the humps.
