Re: More Cool Dave Wallace Photos: The Corvair Van Jump
DAMN....good stuff!
Brings back memories of jumping railroad crossings......ask SpeedJunkee about the last incident...LMAO
I'd wager that being the only Greenbriar van to hang hoops like that...I'll wager Mr. Wallace and his chums laughed like loons every time they did it.
Stuff like this is what makes guys like Dave Wallace cool....just a bunch of gearheads havin' a good time!

Re: More Cool Dave Wallace Photos: The Corvair Van Jump
Maybe I should have used that "research" idea for the reason my Dad's '66 Charger got so few miles out of rear tires.
How many of us have done similar stuff to our Dad's vehicles. I'm sure most of them had a hint of what was going on but, well you know.....

Re: More Cool Dave Wallace Photos: The Corvair Van Jump
This is the reason why my Dad only let me drive his cars while I had a permit and either him or mom in the passenger seat. As soon as I got my license I was banned from his vehicles, guess he figured if I was going to break something it would be mine that I'd have to fix. Doesn't matter, still enjoyed 6500 RPM clutch dumps...sigpic
