The price of playing just went up in pro extreme ! I love loud fast ground pounding Door Slammers but my fear is to be competitive it's going to cost more all the way around
As an old guy I can say those pro mods are a great show that can afford to come to a local track near you.
Disappointing that that too might come to an end.
They remind me of the old A/FX cars match racers.
Well this certainly stirred the pot over at Promodsource!
Someone said these engines are cheaper to build than Blown.
I think parts attrition will be a factor.Comment

i don't know how the cost is going to go, but when a a/fuel car is running good it's a beautiful thing. they operate a lower rpm and don't really hurt anything. now, when things go bad, they go really bad. a brand new a/fuel engine could cost upwards of 50k, and i'm sure some of the blown guys have that much in them too.Originally posted by TCComment

Your only allowed to run 50% in ADRL. Only thing 50% is good for is my RC car. To make injected nitro run you need at least 90%. Granted I would like to see it tho. ///J.T.///Comment

Nostalgia J/F was getting a little shaky with low car counts etc. We had thoughts of going to nostalgia A/F. After long talks with Ora Vasquez he convinced me that injected nitro was the best way to go. He is a blower guy through and through but in his opinion a nitro motor would be less expensive in the long run. I hind site we should have gone A/F years ago, it would have saved me a ton of money over nostalgia prostock, oops I mean J/FComment

There's a guy up my way trying to lock up some money for next year and I was on the phone with him about this deal last night. He was all jacked up about the prospect of going this direction rather than turbo/blower/nitrous.
If he closes his deal up, you'll be getting a phone call.
