I thought it was a great article Dave, even if edited somewhat. I really like 'how to' articles aimed at garage builders like me.

Don't feel so bad. My friend Malkeet sold a super sweet one owner 69 Mach 1 with a 390, 4 spd in order to pay his mortgage. It was either that or continue putting nitrous and neon lights on Hondas. What hurt was how little he paid for it. $5400 for a super clean car. He got somewhere in the neighborhood of $18k for it.
