Re: Freaky Shortened Duster Roadster on eBay

While going to the world famous John Burroughs high school I had a 56 ford that had been cut and squished back together. I sat in the back seat to drive and the quarter windows rolled up to meet the wind wings. It looked like a big fat T Bird. We had more fun than you can believe when we would take it down into the LA river at the end of Victory and slide around backwards in the moss

That just hurts my eyes to look at. In some way it reminds me of the bus I rode to school.

My first thought was "Circus Clown Car" :D I bet with some sticky rubber it would do great wheelies!
Just groovin' to my own tune.

I tried with all my might, but I like it anyway. That car would be a blast to just drive.

I just cannot figure out a way to like that car. The proportions are just wrong. I also don't dig the lace paint treatment. Lots of work building the thing I know, but it isn't for me.

Bet theres a damn good reason the doors are welded shut. It would bend half in two if you tried to open them. Always hurts me to see this done to tri- fives. And whats worse, they seem to have been done very skilfully.
