        Every operation has Chiefs, and Indians. It's good to know when to be an Indian, and when to step up and be a Chief, although its not easy to know when that is!

            Many of the best chiefs previous job was being the best indian.

              Interesting what popped into my head when I read this. Sometimes the guy who LOOKS like the chief is actually the indian. The example that came to mind is our old friend Keith Turk. Tonya is actually the chief, although a soft and gentle one. Keith is out front, but in a quiet moment he'll freely admit that Tonya is the one who runs the show. Like all sidekicks, that doesn't mean that he lacks his own mind - just that he knows how things really are.
